Acceptable use policy.

1. Scope and relationship to the Subscriber Agreement

This policy applies to everyone who accesses klarvant.com or Namespace Command, whether as a visitor, a prospective customer, an authorised user under a subscription, or a reseller.

This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Subscriber Agreement (specifically under the Acceptable Use or Customer Obligations section of that agreement). Where this policy and the Subscriber Agreement both apply:

• The Subscriber Agreement prevails on all contractual, financial, and liability matters.
• A breach of this AUP constitutes a material breach of the Subscriber Agreement.

2. Prohibited conduct

Because Klarvant and Namespace Command interact directly with enterprise perimeter data and infrastructure, strict adherence to platform integrity is required. You agree not to:

• System interference: disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of any Klarvant surface, including through denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) activity.
• Unauthorised access: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, network, or data, or circumvent any access control or security measure.
• Security testing: probe, scan, or test the security of any Klarvant surface without our prior written authorisation, except strictly through the coordinated disclosure route below.
• Reverse-engineering: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying algorithms of the platform, except to the strict extent applicable law expressly permits.
• Data extraction: scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content, infrastructure maps, namespace data, or telemetry other than as expressly permitted by your subscription.
• Malicious code: upload, inject, or transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, or any code intended to harm, degrade, or monitor a system.
• Communication and content abuse: use any Klarvant surface to send unsolicited communications (spam), or to store, distribute, or link to unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• IP infringement: infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party, including by misusing the Klarvant or Namespace Command trademarks, trade names, or logos.
• Unauthorised perimeter mapping: use the platform to scan, map, or target third-party namespaces, domains, or infrastructures without explicit, verifiable authorisation from the rightful owner of those assets.

3. Coordinated vulnerability disclosure (safe harbour)

We welcome coordinated disclosure of security vulnerabilities. If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability on a Klarvant surface, you must:

1. Email info@klarvant.com immediately with a detailed description of the issue.
2. Provide us with a reasonable window of at least 90 days to triage, validate, and remediate the issue before any public disclosure.
3. Avoid accessing, modifying, or deleting any data belonging to other users during your research.

Safe Harbour commitment

Provided you comply with these steps and conduct your research in good faith, Klarvant commits to a "Safe Harbour" posture: we will consider your research authorised, will not take legal action against you, and will not assert that your actions breach this AUP.

4. Consequences of breach and enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected breach of this policy. Where a breach is identified, we may take immediate enforcement action, including:

• Issuing a formal warning.
• Temporarily suspending or permanently withdrawing your access to Klarvant surfaces.
• Removing or blocking any non-compliant data or content.

Notice and contractual alignment

Where a formal subscription is in place, our right to suspend or terminate your access is governed by the suspension and termination clauses of the Subscriber Agreement. For severe or ongoing security threats (including active DoS attacks or credential compromise), we reserve the right to suspend access immediately and without prior notice to protect the platform and our other users. We will provide written notice of suspension as soon as commercially practicable thereafter.
