Respect
We treat every person with dignity and consideration. There are no exceptions.
Responsibility
Klarvant is working toward B Corp certification. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to: our purpose, our position on justice, equity, diversity and inclusion, our respect for human rights, and our action on climate. Our stakeholder commitment is embedded in our Articles of Association.
Purpose and stakeholder governance
Klarvant Ltd is a UK-registered technology company. We build digital governance intelligence software for high-reputation organisations. Our current product, Namespace Command, is a zero-integration platform that gives security, compliance, and infrastructure teams complete visibility of their digital namespace, and the clarity to act on what they find.
Our mission. We protect the digital identities of high-reputation organisations. We deliver complete clarity of their namespace and translate complex technical data into governance guidance they can act on with confidence.
Our vision. To pioneer a new era of business: a world where the bloated corporate playbook is discarded in favour of embracing future technology as a competitive advantage, to create a human-focused operational model. We believe success is not driven by unchecked growth, but by value delivery and optimal solutions to complex, unresolved problems.
Our purpose beyond profit. Klarvant exists to solve a problem that genuinely matters: organisations do not know the full extent of their digital presence, and that gap creates risk to their reputation, their customers, and the people who depend on them. We believe governance starts with visibility, and that every organisation, regardless of size or budget, deserves to see what matters most, when it matters most.
Our purpose is not to maximise revenue at any cost. It is to deliver meaningful, lasting value to the organisations we serve, to the people who work with us, and to the communities we operate in. We measure success by the quality of outcomes we create, not the speed at which we scale. This means we price fairly, we build accessibly, we operate transparently, and we hold ourselves to the same standards of governance we help our customers achieve.
We treat every person with dignity and consideration. There are no exceptions.
We commit to being a trusted partner. We say what we mean, do what we say, and acknowledge when we fall short.
We succeed together. We support each other across the team and across the communities we are part of.
We believe diverse perspectives lead to better decisions. We actively seek out and listen to voices different from our own.
We are willing to take the right position even when it is the harder one. We challenge assumptions, including our own.
We believe work should be worth doing and worth showing up for. We protect the conditions that make that possible.
Our commitment to stakeholders. We recognise that our decisions affect people beyond our shareholders. We are committed to considering the interests of all our stakeholders, our team, our customers, our partners, the communities in which we operate, and the environment, in everything we do. This commitment is embedded in our Articles of Association and is renewed with every decision we make as a leadership team.
Justice, equity, diversity and inclusion
Klarvant Ltd is committed to building and sustaining a company that is just, equitable, diverse, and inclusive: in how we work internally, how we treat our customers and partners, and how we contribute to the communities we are part of. This reflects the way we have operated since our founding and the standard we hold ourselves to going forward.
Justice. Fair outcomes do not happen by default. We examine our decisions, practices, and products for the ways they may advantage some and disadvantage others, and we take responsibility for making them fairer.
Equity. We recognise that different people start from different positions, and we take that into account in how we hire, pay, communicate, and design.
Diversity. We value difference, in background, perspective, experience, and identity. A diverse team makes better decisions and builds better products.
Inclusion. Diversity without inclusion is not enough. We build an environment where every person can contribute fully, be heard genuinely, and feel that they belong.
This applies across our team (how we hire, pay, develop, and support our people), our communications (how we speak, write, and present ourselves), our product (how we design and build Namespace Command, including its accessibility), and our community. In practice, that means publishing this commitment, maintaining an inclusive-language guide for our communications, and assessing and improving our website and product against WCAG AA, with input from users with disabilities.
Accountability for JEDI progress sits with the CEO, with oversight from the Founder. It is reviewed at least annually and reported publicly via our B Corp profile.
Human rights
Klarvant Ltd is committed to respecting and upholding the human rights of everyone affected by our operations: our workers, our customers, the people in our supply chain, and the communities we operate in. We align with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
Our workers. Every person who works for or with Klarvant is entitled to fair treatment, fair pay, safe working conditions, and the freedom to raise concerns without fear of retaliation. We do not engage in or tolerate forced labour, child labour, or any form of modern slavery.
Our supply chain. Human rights risks do not stop at our own operations. We conduct due diligence proportionate to our size.
Our customers and their users. Namespace Command handles data with integrity, in compliance with applicable data-protection law, respecting the privacy rights of individuals. We do not use customer data beyond agreed purposes, and we do not sell customer data.
Digital rights. As a digital governance company, we treat digital rights, privacy, data protection, accessible technology, and freedom from surveillance, as human rights. We hold ourselves to the standards we advocate externally.
Freedom from discrimination. We do not discriminate on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
Anyone, worker, customer, partner, or member of the public, who believes Klarvant has caused or contributed to a human rights harm is encouraged to raise it at trust@klarvant.com . Accountability sits with the CEO, with oversight from the Founder, and is reviewed annually.
Climate
Klarvant Ltd is committed to understanding and continuously reducing the environmental impact of our operations. We align with the goal of limiting global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels, consistent with the Paris Agreement and B Lab's climate requirements. Our direct carbon footprint is small; we do not use that as a reason to be complacent.
We have completed an initial greenhouse-gas baseline covering Scope 1 and Scope 2 in full and a high-level Scope 3 estimate. Our operational footprint is very low, owing to a remote-first structure and the use of cloud infrastructure with credible, renewable-matched energy commitments. Our baseline year is 2026.
We commit to: measure our emissions annually, covering Scope 1 and Scope 2 as a minimum and expanding Scope 3 as we grow; reduce emissions year on year where feasible, prioritising reduction over offsetting; disclose our emissions and progress publicly each year; align our infrastructure with climate goals by preferring providers with credible, science-based commitments; and avoid greenwashing, with no unearned climate credentials and no offsets as a substitute for genuine reduction.
The CEO holds primary accountability, with oversight from the Founder, reviewed annually alongside the greenhouse-gas baseline update.
These commitments are reviewed at least annually. Our stakeholder governance commitment is written into the Articles of Association of Klarvant Ltd.
